Front of House Openings
Servers (starting $30-32/hour)
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience serving in New York City fine dining or 5+ years of experience serving outside of New York City. Servers should have general food, wine, and spirits knowledge, an aptitude for engaging with guests around these products, and a love for telling stories through food and drink.
Bussers (starting $25-28/hour)
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the food & beverage industry as well as an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
Maitre D’ (starting $30-32 hour)
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in hosting or filling other maitre d’ responsibilities in New York City fine dining or 8+ years of experience in the food & beverage experience or conducting client-facing work in another industry.
Back of House Openings
Line Cooks (starting $22/hour)
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience working the line in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining environment. Experience in or familiarity with Italian cuisine is a plus. Line cooks will work under the direction of our Head Chef and Sous Chef and will be joining a team of 3-4 cooks. The position is full-time. The schedule is flexible except for Saturday and Sunday mornings.
